Peaceful But Illegal

by Country Gents

/

about

This track was written as a fundraiser for the innocent people arrested at a rave in Wales in 2010.
It is estimated that more than 1,000 were at the rave arranged via text message and the internet, which lasted until Bank Holiday Monday and was monitored by police, including with the force helicopter.
As people left on the Monday a number of vehicles were stopped and searched, equipment was seized and people arrested.
The money raised was distributed to help with the fines.
The track contains dialogue from the BBC Wales interviews in which im personally interviewed. You'll hear me say: "Im going to go home to work on Tuesday" slightly worse for wear lolol.
Anyway another slightly tongue in cheek offering from the Country Gents vault...
